Pictured below are several examples of deficiencies found in routine Home Inspections. Most could have easily been prevented by using qualified contractors and/or verifying work meets minimum standards when performed. Some deficiencies require nothing more than routine service or maintenance others require major repair to return the component to a serviceable condition. All were avoidable.
